Car afficianados of all stripes and colors filled the parking lot at Grace Bible Church in Dracut on two occasions in 2012. Not only was it an opportunity to see some of the exquisite work done on classic cars, trucks and hot rods, it also afforded the public the chance to get to know some of the brethren at Grace. Friendships and mutual bonds were forged and literature was available for anyone interested in knowing more about our ministries at the church. 2013 dates are Saturday, June 15th and September 21st from 4:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m.
Each year our ladies and their guests have a wonderful evening together. Our night begins with a catered meal served by the men of our church family. Following dinner we play games, gather together to sing Christmas carols and hear a Bible message. This year's theme centered around John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." God's greatest gift was the gift of His Son sent to us in order that we would receive eternal life by accepting His gift.
Just before our night ends, the ladies return to the fellowship hall where dozens of beautiful home-baked cookies are set out ready for each of the ladies to gather and take home to their families. Our annual event is the perfect way to begin the Christmas season and focus on the true meaning of Christmas. December 7, 2013 is the date for this year's event so make plans to join us!
